Within this initiative, our aim is to develop and implement an extensive integrated program delivered through a hybrid approach, combining both online and face-to-face components. Our plan entails a series of online courses supplemented by periodic in-person sessions, providing participants with a comprehensive learning experience. To ensure full engagement and proficiency, teachers will be required to complete all courses within the program to obtain certification.

As a foundational step, our team is currently focused on designing the initial program, centered around Constructivism and the 5 E model of lesson planning, enriched with experiential learning, concept learning, and cooperative learning strategies. Through this innovative approach, we seek to empower teachers with the knowledge and skills needed to create dynamic and effective learning environments for their students.
