Foundation Pedagogy
Through our comprehensive survey, observations, and discussions with heads and teachers from a variety of Pre-Schools, it has come to our attention that there exists a wide array of practices being implemented. Typically, these practices are centered around content delivery, with less emphasis is placed on the developmental milestones crucial for the foundation stage. In line with the directives of the National Education Policy 2020, which outlines specific milestones to be attained during this critical stage through the "Panchamukha Shikshana," and recommends pedagogical approaches tailored for early years education. We are putting forth the "Foundation Stage Pedagogy" program.

This program aims to bridge the gap between current practices and the NEP 2020 guidelines, providing educators with the tools and methodologies necessary to effectively support children's holistic development during the foundational years. Through targeted training and resources, we aspire to cultivate an environment where every child receives the necessary support to grow and succeed in their educational journey.

Status
Our team is diligently working towards enhancing early childhood education by aligning our efforts with the principles of Panchamukha Shikshana outlined in the National Education Policy 2020. As part of this endeavor, we are actively building a curriculum centered around these principles and developing modules for the Foundation Stage Pedagogy program. Simultaneously, we are crafting materials and resources to support teachers in implementing these methodologies effectively.

Furthermore, our team has already begun its initiative by administering pretests for children, giving us valuable insights into their current levels of understanding and development. With a diverse range of materials and activities in the pipeline, we are committed to providing educators with the tools they need to create enriching learning environments that nurture the holistic growth of every child.
