The School Induction Program is being meticulously designed with a special emphasis on supporting early career teachers, as well as in-service teachers with less than five years of experience. Recognizing the unique challenges and adjustments faced by teachers in the initial stages of their careers, this program aims to provide tailored guidance and resources to facilitate a smooth transition into the profession.
