The School Readiness Program (SRP) is primarily tailored for recently graduated teacher trainees upon completing their fourth semester. Its core objective is to prepare these graduates to effectively navigate the practical challenges they are likely to encounter as they transition into the teaching profession. By addressing the specific needs and concerns of newly minted teachers, the SRP plays a pivotal role in bolstering their confidence and readiness to excel in their professional roles.
